Beginning with the adoption of the 1980 Uniform Unclaimed Property Act and including subsequent revisions, the promulgation of UP laws in Canada, and the establishment of SEC 17Ad-17, Carol Irvine and Bob Irvine have been instrumental in advocating for corporations and investors with governing entities.
